This is Ridge
We’re glad you’re here!
Come AS
You Are
We of Ridge United Methodist Church are united with Jesus Christ in His ministry of compassion for all people by offering HOPE, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and MEANING FOR LIFE. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We believe as United Methodists to Do Good, Do No Harm, and Stay In Love with God.
Through the United Methodist Church, all people are invited to experience God’s grace and grow in their knowledge and love of God through disciplined Christian living—in other words, putting faith and love into action. John Wesley referred to this as “practical divinity.” Grace, defined as the love and mercy given to us by God because God wants us to have it, is central to the United Methodist understanding of Christian faith and life.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God—not the results of works, so that no one may boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
